Fidus appoints Jim Roche to Board of Directors

    OTTAWA, Dec. 11 /CNW Telbec/ - Jim Roche, co-founder and former CEO of
Tundra Semiconductor Corp, has joined the Board of Directors at Fidus Systems.

    Jim Roche co-founded Tundra (TSX:TUN), a fabless semiconductor company,
in 1995. He served as President and CEO from 2001 until September, 2006.
Earlier, Jim was a founding member of Newbridge Networks Corp., helping it
grow to more than 5,000 employees and revenues of over $1B.
    Jim is currently President and CEO of CMC Microsystems, a Canadian
company providing university researchers in microelectronics, MEMS and
photonics with state-of-the-art design, manufacture and test technologies.
