Media Advisory/Accreditation Request - Star Studded Red Carpet Set to Kick Off the 2008 Canada's Walk of Fame Gala Tribute Ceremony

    TORONTO, July 24 /CNW/ - A-list celebrities, industry icons and countless
other notable names are set to walk the red carpet to pay tribute to eight of
their peers. Celebrating its tenth anniversary this year, the 2008 Canada's
Walk of Fame Gala Tribute Ceremony will include a red carpet affair that is
not to be missed. Hailing from film, television, music, fashion, sports and
theatre, this year's iconic list of inductees will join over 100 other legends
who have been honoured with their names cemented into the sidewalks of
Toronto's entertainment district.
    Red carpet activities will include a star unveiling ceremony for each
inductee.
